We had the opportunity to work with Grand Welcome Sandpoint & North Idaho and Grand Welcome Whitefish & Glacier Country, two vacation rental management companies serving the beautiful areas of Sandpoint, Idaho, and Whitefish, Montana. Both locations are owned and operated by the same team — Colin, Luke, and Corey — who bring a personalized, local approach to vacation rental management.

While many of our clients are based in the Ozarks, this project came to us through a referral—another reminder of how powerful trusted relationships and word-of-mouth marketing can be!

Grand Welcome Sandpoint & North Idaho and Grand Welcome Whitefish & Glacier Country are a locally owned, hands-on operation focused on delivering exceptional vacation rental management to both homeowners and guests. Their goal was to rank higher in search, attract more property owners looking for management services, and increase online visibility — all while establishing a stronger brand presence in two distinct markets.

To help them achieve this, we built new lead-generating, SEO-optimized websites designed to boost rankings in Google Search and streamline inquiries from both owners and travelers. We also optimized their Google Business Profiles for each location, ensuring they appear prominently when people search for vacation rentals or property management services in Sandpoint, ID or Whitefish, MT.
